During this time of uncertainty for us all, we wanted to assure you we will be continuing to do all we can to support our Landlords and Tenants and let you know the steps we have put in place to see us through this period.
Please see below a link which has been published by the government, giving guidance for the Private Rental Sector.
Our office will be operating on reduced hours and may not always be manned as usual, but we have set systems in place to be able to remote access our Management Software, banking and emails and will be placing divert on the phones so we can still assist and manage properties as effectively as possible.
We will not be conducting property inspections on our managed properties for the time being, to minimise the risk to everyone.

If you have any repairs which need attending to, but have symptoms or are in a period of self isolation, please update us so the repair can be rearranged once the risk has passed.
Please bear in mind that only emergency repairs will be attended too during the lock down period and this will be subject to contractors having access to materials/parts required.
