We rented through Oaktree Lettings and have only left due to (finally!) getting our feet on the property ladder ourselves. We found them efficient, honest and helpful. Right from the start we've felt like we have been in good hands as even the application process was thorough. We worried about leaving during the Covid-19 pandemic due to restrictions, but felt that this was managed safely and effectively. A very small part of our deposit was held back, however the reason for this was clearly explained and the service that was required was sought very quickly. We were promptly given a quote (which was much less than we were expecting!) and this made us feel that Marianne and Louise had clearly made the effort to ensure to get a reasonable price for us. Oaktree Lettings have been fantastic and their services have never faltered. Thank you all again so very much! We will definitely recommend you to anyone we know who is wanting to rent a property!
